Walking and Dumping

This next set of pictures has two purposes. One, to display Nicholas on his first walk through our neighborhood. Not too funny, but cute, at least to me and Katy.

A little disgruntled and creepy looking as he still had a bit of jaundice in his eyes. Oh well.
The second purpose, and more humorous, is to display the following picture that Katy has been bugging me to put up since I took it more than a month ago. There is this sign (it's in the background of the picture, zoom in to get a good look) that is posted four times in our neighborhood along this creek that runs east to west along the north edge of our subdivision. It reads "No Dumping," as there is sort of an empty field running along the south edge of our creek. If I haven't gotten you turned around by the compass directions, the main point is this. We, and by we I do mean both of us, if not more so Katy, always thought it would be funny if Lucy dropped a deuce right near one of those signs and we were able to take a picture of it. We tried to force her to go a couple of times by locking the leash and knowing she hadn't done her business on the walk yet, but to no avail. Finally, after months and months of trying, she finally did on her own. It's not great photography, but it gets the point across. And to answer the question, did we pick it up...? You'll have to walk the path to find out!
